怎样获得中国绿卡（获得中国绿卡的条件和要求）

As apure foreign family living in China for a long time, I want to applyfor a China PR card. However, because there is no family member withChinese nationality or holding a China PR card, they cannot apply forpermanent residency with relatively simple acceptance conditions,such as parent-child clustering, family affiliation, and husband andwife reunion. What type of China PR card is suitable for families inthis situation?

Permanentresidence by occupation - application conditions for applicants andtheir spouses and children:

任职类永居——申请人及其配偶、子女申请条件：

1.Served as a deputy general manager, deputy factory director or abovein China, or held an associate professor, associate researcher orabove, and enjoyed the same treatment for at least four years, andstayed in China for at least three years in four years;

1.在中国担任副总经理、副厂长等职务以上或者具有副教授、副研究员等副高级职称以上以及享受同等待遇满四年，四年内在中国居留累计不少于三年；

2.Foreigners applying for permanent residence in China shall abide byChinese law, be in good health and have no criminal record;

3.Havingserved for four consecutive years;

1.Investors who invest in China and have actually delivered a total ofover US $2 million in registered capital (not less than this amountfor three consecutive years) ;

2.Investors who invest in central China and have actually delivered atotal of over US $1 million in registered capital (not less than thatfor three consecutive years) ;

3.Investors who have invested in the western regions of China and keycounties of the state's poverty alleviation and development work, andhave actually delivered a total of over US $500,000 in registeredcapital (not less than this standard for three consecutive years) ;

3.在中国西部地区和国家扶贫开发工作重点县投资，实际交付的注册资金合计在50万美元以上（连续3年内不得低于该标准）的投资者；

4.The“Directory of Industries for foreign investment”promulgated by the state encourages investment in similar industries.The total amount of registered capital delivered is over US $500,000(not less than this standard for three consecutive years).

Precautionsafter obtaining China Permanent Residence Card

拿到中国永居卡之后的注意事项

1. The Chinese permanent residence identity card is the legalidentity card for foreigners who have obtained the permanentresidence qualification in China to stay in China and can be usedindependently. It can be directly used to purchase air tickets,high-speed rail tickets, etc

1.中国永久居留身份证是获得在中国永久居留资格的外籍人士在中国境内居留的合法身份证件，可以单独使用。可以直接用于购买机票，高铁票等

2.Foreigners who have been granted permanent residence in China need touse both a Chinese permanent identity card and a passport to enterand leave the country without a visa and for an unlimited number oftimes. A permanent residence card is only an identity document inChina, so you still need to provide a passport when you are abroad orwhen you are involved abroad

2.获得在中国永久居留资格的外籍人士在出入中国国境时，虽然无需签证且不限次数，但需中国永久居留身份证和护照同时使用。永居卡仅为中国境内的身份证明文件，所以在境外或涉及境外时，仍需提供护照

3.Foreign nationals who have been granted permanent residence in Chinaare not required to confirm in advance whether the hotels andguesthouses can receive them. They may also use their Chinesepermanent identity cards to stay in hotels and guesthouses and needto go through the necessary accommodation procedures. However, if youlive or stay in a residence other than a hotel or hotel, you arestill required to report the registration of temporary accommodationto the Public Security Bureau of your place of residence within 24hours after you check in. Any person who fails to register with thePublic Security Bureau or stays with a foreign national without avalid document, even if the foreign national is granted permanentresidence in China, will be subject to a warning or a fine inaccordance with the law.

3.获得在中国永久居留资格的外籍人士无需提前确认酒店旅馆是否能接待，亦可使用中国永久居留身份证在酒店旅馆住宿，并需配合办理住宿手续。但在酒店旅馆以外其他住所居住或者住宿的，仍需在入住后24小时内向居住地公安机关申报临时住宿登记。不向公安机关申报住宿登记或者留宿未持有效证件外籍人士的责任者，即便该外籍人士获得在中国永久居留资格，仍将被依法处以警告或罚款处罚。

4.The Chinese permanent identity card is valid for 5 or 10 years andmust be renewed within 1 month before its expiry. If the certificateis damaged or lost, it needs to be renewed or renewed in a timelymanner.

4.中国永久居留身份证的有效期为五年或者十年，需要在证件有效期满前1个月以内申请换发。如遇证件损坏或者遗失的，需要及时申请换发或者补发。

5.Foreigners who have been approved to permanently reside in Chinashall, after obtaining the permanent residence qualification, spendat least three months in China each year. If it is true that due toactual needs, one cannot stay in China for more than three months intotal each year, it is necessary to obtain the approval of the publicsecurity department or bureau of the province/autonomousregion/municipality directly under the Central Government wherehe/she will reside for a long time, but he/she must stay in China forat least one year in total within five years. If you do not meet yourresidence time, you may be cancelled your permanent residence cardstatus.

5.被批准在中国永久居留的外籍人士，在获得永居资格后，每年在中国累计的居留时间不得少于三个月。确因实际需要每年不能在中国累计居留满三个月的，需经长期居留所在地的省/自治区/直辖市的公安厅、局批准，但在五年内必须在中国累计居留的时间不得少于一年。不满足居住时间着，可能会被注销中国永居卡身份。
